Good item, but “free” postage just meant I had to pay Royal Mail separately.

Bought the item here as it’s one of the few places that still have an Odin v2 in stock, and the “free shipping” meant it was cheaper than elsewhere. No complaints on the product as it was a known item, bought to replace an old one.

The reason for the middling review is due to shipping costs. A week after the order was placed tracking showed it still held locally near the sender. I was about to call and request an update when I received a request for postage from Royal Mail. The company simply hadn’t paid for postage, and I therefore needed to pay Royal Mail before they would deliver the item.

We are not sure what happened in this instance, as we did pay for the postage. It is possible that there was an error. We would be happy to refund you the amount of the postage cost.
