Refund policy

BATTERIES, CHARGERS AND VARIABLE VOLTAGE MODS

These items come with a one month guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. 

If your product becomes faulty within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us first before returning, through phone, email or Facebook chat so that we can establish there is a genuine fault and has not been accidentally set to stealth mode for example. 

Once we have made sure it is definitely faulty we will then send over details of how to return the item. 

When we receive the item we will offer you one of the following; a repair, exchange or refund. In all instances, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage or normal wear and tear. 

MECHANICAL MODS

A 30 days manufacturer’s guarantee is applied to all mechanical mods. Please note that Mechanical Mods are for experienced users ONLY. LA Vape Shop accepts no responsibility for the potential damage caused by the incorrect assembling of any mechanical mod. Incorrect building of the mechanical mod can cause damage to your equipment and as such LA Vape Shop accepts no responsibility for the damage caused as this damage is the result of improper construction.

ELIQUID, COILS/ATOMIZERS & DRIP TIPS

Consumable items such as coils, atomizer heads and e-liquids are not covered by any warranty. All coils have a limited life-time for use and must be regularly replaced. If your coil is not functioning properly, it needs to be replaced. These items are classified as consumable products and, as such, are not deemed returnable / refundable or exchangeable due to health and safety regulations. This rule is in place if the item has been opened or used. Unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances, no warranty is offered.


CLEAROMIZERS AND TANKS

Dead on arrival. The customer must contact us within 72 hours after receiving the item in order for the warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return. Wear and tear such as leaking can occur from heavy use of a coil and/or installation error. Coils are to be replaced on a REGULAR basis to prevent this and different e-liquids will cause coils to deteriorate more quickly than others. Please note that this also applies to multipacks.

​Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.

We are not responsible for undelivered packages.
